Imagiclab – Let the Games Begin
I did a post a while back about Imagiclab CRM awhile back, where I discussed my interactions with their sales rep and Keith Latman. Some of the comments on that post are comical. Particularly when people proffer legal action against me an my company for discussing my personal interaction with Imagiclab.
However in a recent post he did targeting another one of his competitors DealerSocket and in another post he did he outright attacks their product it makes me wonder what he suspects to gain from this and where are those people who vaguely threatened legal action against me stand on his behavior?
The automotive CRM space is very messy and many dealers are lead into long contracts for technology that does not always live up to expectations. The Imagic product does not require a long term contract and provide services month to month the real question is do you want to do business with this company?
I have found through that one simple post I did a couple years ago some amazing truths and suppositions about Mr Latman:
- He was indited for credit card fraud from another failed business venture – Keith Latman indited
- His bankruptcy was dismissed due to dishonesty on his part and he fought to protect his behavior – Richard K Latman vs Virgina Burdette
- ADP did not buy Imagiclab due to their Due Dilligence
- A relationship with a website vendor was not renewed do to his personal interactions at NADA 2009 even though a former employee from the website vendor is now employed there.
- Comments on www.ismintraining.com state that their billing is very convoluted
If you are considering Imagiclab automotive crm you may want to do some of your own due diligence and find a provider who does not carry all of the baggage of their ownership such as VinSolutions, who also offers month to month solutions.
