I did a post a while back about Imagiclab CRM awhile back, where I discussed my interactions with their sales rep and Keith Latman. Some of the comments on that post are comical. Particularly when people proffer legal action against me an my company for discussing my personal interaction with Imagiclab.

However in a recent post he did targeting another one of his competitors DealerSocket and in another post he did he outright attacks their product it makes me wonder what he suspects to gain from this and where are those people who vaguely threatened legal action against me stand on his behavior?

The automotive CRM space is very messy and many dealers are lead into long contracts for technology that does not always live up to expectations. The Imagic product does not require a long term contract and provide services month to month the real question is do you want to do business with this company?

I have found through that one simple post I did a couple years ago some amazing truths and suppositions about Mr Latman:

He was indited for credit card fraud from another failed business venture – Keith Latman indited

His bankruptcy was dismissed due to dishonesty on his part and he fought to protect his behavior – Richard K Latman vs Virgina Burdette

ADP did not buy Imagiclab due to their Due Dilligence

A relationship with a website vendor was not renewed do to his personal interactions at NADA 2009 even though a former employee from the website vendor is now employed there.

Comments on www.ismintraining.com state that their billing is very convoluted

If you are considering Imagiclab automotive crm you may want to do some of your own due diligence and find a provider who does not carry all of the baggage of their ownership such as VinSolutions, who also offers month to month solutions.

Larry Host the CTO of NetAudioAds has had many financial woes over his lifetime, as we all have for the most part, but does that mean you should trust your personal information with this company?

In the PayPerPlay Forum he offers up personal emails sent to him by a concerned publisher and then also discloses affiliate transactions with non interested third parties for them to publish on a blog in an attempt to discredit others.

When Voice2Page offered refunds to its former affiliates, Mr Host included the PayPal email address of every affiliate inside of the Voice2Page affiliate program inside of a Bcc.

He has also published web stats of publishers inside of the PayPerPlay Network in an attempt to demean them inside of their private forum.

What kind of message is he sending to people that do not agree with him and his twisted view?

Will an advertisers proprietary information be safe with him?

Will publishers really be paid in a timely manner?

Really if you take the time to look at the shenanigans of a felon convicted for not paying child support I really don’t see how anyone can trust anything coming from NetAudioAds and the PayPerPlay Network. Really with all of the personal information available about people online and the fact that people have given him their social security numbers it should give you caution.

Not only does LVNV Funding use false credit reporting and bogus affidavits of debt, typical practices of a junk debt buyer, to coerce people into paying something that they paid pennies on the dollar for. They also stage their collection offices in states with little or no regulation. Their screening process for hiring collectors is minimal and in no way insures that you personal information is not misused,

Tons of people are recieving calls from 407-442-0614 and it appears to be an overseas telemarketing firm. With all of the recent data breeches of personal information telemarketing calls are on the rise. If you have not been notified that your personal information has been compromised from and of the companies with recent data breeches it does not mean that you are immune.

Companies do not volunteer this information to the public if they have had an internal data breech. They try to keep it quiet in an attempt to preserve their reputation when they do not safeguard your personal information. Many times these companies do not have the information to contact you especially when it is an inside job by dishonest employees. Your data is put on the open market usually to overseas operations with no way for the company to get in touch with you because the dishonest employee destroys the internal databases.

Calls from 407-442-0614 does not nessecarly mean your personal information has been breeched, but if you do not have a reason for telemarketers to be calling you or you have just started receiving a rash of calls with no one on the line when you answer the phone it would indicate that you are now in an overseas database. The laws in the US do not allow for a high number of abandoned calls, while overseas data miners could care less about US law.

You should take the time to protect your identity before you are a victim of Identity Theft. There are many Identity Theft Protection Products on the market today with none providing the same level of protection that LifeLock provides. They offer a $1,000,000.00 guarantee of their services if you are a victim of Identity Theft while enrolled in the LifeLock program. If you visit LifeLock from our site you will receive a 30 day free trial and a 10% discount on LifeLock Services. What this means to you is you can protect your Identity for less than the cost of lunch. At only $9.00 month after the discount and the 30 day trial all your rally have to loose is your Identity. Visit LifeLock today and save 10%. All you have to do is click anywhere you see LifeLock on this site.

Many times these companies get marketing list from companies you have done business with in the past which include your name and address. This is not to say that every overseas telemarketer participates in Identity Theft but if your information is overseas it is outside of our United States laws to prosecute them for Identity Theft if it occurs.

NCO Financial has the reputation of being one of the worst collection agencies out there. They have been fined by the FTC for violations of The Fair Credit Reporting Act for fraudulently reporting accounts to the credit bureaus in the past. They were using a tactic known as reaging negative credit and poisoning consumers credit files.

This is just one of the fraudulent way they have used in the past to collect on debts outside of the Statute of Limitations. Another thing they do is bomb phones with auto dialers and threaten actions that they cannot take. If NCO Financial is harassing you by repeatedly calling you with a automated dialer you can make them stop and if they are doing it to a cell phone even better you can get paid for your troubles. Calling cellphones with automated dialers is against The Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They would owe you from $500 to $1500 per call to your cell phone.

Many people have their first contact with NCO Financial do to a bill that is very old or not even theirs. If you feel that you are receiving a bill from NCO Financial that is not yours or very old send them a cease and desist letter and you will probably never hear from them again. Another thing that we recommend is that you take a look at Identity Theft Protection Product. Getting old dated bills that you do not owe may make you susceptible to Identity Theft.

That is why we have teamed up with LifeLock to help you protect your Identity. If you take advantage of their services from here you will get a discounted rate and a 30 day free trial. This will allow you to receive copies of your credit reports and get a $1,000,000 guarantee. If you discover that you are victim of Identity Theft while enrolled in LifeLock Services. The cost is only $9.00 month and with the 30 day free trial all you have to loses is your Idenity. Visit LifeLock today.

With all of the negative publicity that Las Vegas Hyundai Dealers have been getting online you need to take some steps to protect yourself before and after visiting a Las Vegas Hyundai Dealer. Although we have not heard of any reported incidents concerning a Las Vegas Hyundai Dealer directly it does happen all the time in large Metro Areas Like Las Vegas.

As you are probably well aware Identity Theft is a Huge concern especially in a town the size of Las Vegas with all of the transients and tourist passing through there on a daily basis and you should take the time to protect your Identity after visiting any car dealership, especially large volume dealers.

When you give a credit application to a sales person at a car dealership they are the first person with access to your information. It is then passed to a sales manager and then to a finance manager. If you do not commit to buy a car right then then your credit application is left laying on a desk in a less than secure environment. It would be real easy for a dishonest dealership employee to misuse your personal information or someone who practices Identify Theft posing as a customer in hopes to gain a credit application with all of your personal information.

Also after you purchase a car from a dealership your “deal jacket” is then passed through many hands and may never be fully secured even after it finds its final filing cabinet. After the sales department is finished with it will go to a title clerk, then to a funding clerk, then to the comptroller or auditor and then finally to a filing cabinet which usually everyone in the dealership has access to.

If you have recently bought a car from a Las Vegas Hyundai Dealer I suggest that you look into the services of LifeLock. If you buy from our site your will receive a 10% discount for the services of LifeLock. What LifeLock will do for you is guarantee your good name with a Million Dollars if you are ever a victim of Identity Theft. At the cost of only $9 per month if you visit LifeLock from our site they will also give you a 30 day free trial. Just click anywhere you see LifeLock on this site to get your discount. At $9 per month all you have to loose is your good name!!

JD Premium Products formerly known as Jerky Direct has launched a massive SPAM campaign targeted at former distributors and customers of their product. In their inception they provided a good product with a very narrow product line. Now it seems that they have new management that has introduced several new products that are supposed to improve your health. Now they are just a typical MLM peddling potions and nutrition products encouraging distributors to sign up for autoships.

These types of scams should be made illegal as they encourage people to spend money on most worthless products at inflated prices to lure them into their multi level marketing schemes. The truth is you can find the same types of products at your local grocery store or chain retail outlet for about half the price. There is not a single product in their line that provides value for your dollar or is not available for a fraction of the price else where. 50% of the price you pay to buy their over hyped potions goes into the pay plan for corporate executives and MLM uplines.

Now they have started spamming their product releases surely a sign of desperation to kick start the newest potion peddler program!

Are you receiving calls from 1-866-212-7408 it is Receivables Performance Management a notorious collection Agency. They have been sued 17 times over the last several months for violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and other State and Federal Laws. There are many reports on the Internet of how they mistreat people, even those that are victims of Identity Theft.

Some violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act that are very common:

Threatening to take any action that they cannot legally take. ie Having you arrested, coming to your home, suing you if they are not licensed in your state.

Contacting Neighbors or Family other than to determine you location. They cannot threaten to to contact them, which is a HUGE Violation.

Discussing your debt with others.

Charging additional fees above what you owe the original creditor.

Many More…. Full List coming

Another common thing that collection agencies like to do is repeatedly pull your credit. If you are worried about a collection agency pulling your report you need to enroll in Credit Monitoring Services as well as Identity Theft Protection Products, especially if you don’t owe the alleged debt. Most people find out they are victims of Identity Theft by being contacted by collection agencies. Nothing says you have to talk to them when you receive calls from 866-212-7408 tell them to contact you by mail and do not be intimidated.

Victims of Identity Theft are often taken advantage of by collection agencies as they attempt to extort you to prove it. Some even pay just to stop the aggravation. Don’t fall in that trap. Examine Identity Theft Protection Products and Credit Monitoring Services as the will help you overcome Identity Theft and let you Monitor your Credit to have advance notice of any damage done.
